Castleford Tigers forward Matt Cook has signed a 12-month contract extension to stay at the club until the end of 2018. The 29-year-old has been with the Tigers for two years since joining from the London Broncos, following a brief loan appearance with the club in 2008.The forward has played in 29 games this season and scored a try in Castlefords final Super 8s victory over the Widnes Vikings, which helped them to finish fifth in the Super League.
